Job Description
Mō te tūranga: About the role
As the first person of contact at our Junior School, you will provide a professional and welcoming reception service to all.
This role has extensive contact with our students aged 3 through to 11 years old, along with visitors, staff and our wider School community.
You will also be responsible for managing incoming telephone communications, as well general administrative tasks to support our school.
This is a job share position working 2 days (Tuesday and Thursday) per week, 7.30am till 4.00pm, school term only
Desired Skills and Experience
Ngā pūkenga me whai: We’re looking for someone with
Proven experience as a receptionist, administrator, or in a similar customer facing role
Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong time management abilities to juggle multiple priorities. The ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapts quickly to change
People-focused with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a flexible, proactive attitude and genuine willingness to help
Solid computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly and independently
