Change Analyst

Full job description
Support enterprise and project-led change through strong analysis, coordination, and delivery support.

The Enterprise Change Management portfolio sits within ACRRM’s Digital, Technology and Information (DTI) business unit and supports strategic and operational change across the College.

As a Change Analyst, you will work closely with Change Leads, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other key stakeholders across the business to support the effective planning, delivery, and adoption of change at the College. You will be part of a strong, dedicated Enterprise Change team with a positive, supportive sub-culture, working across multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

We are looking for someone who brings practical lived experience in change delivery, enjoys working with data and insights, and can help lift enterprise change activities across the College by finding smarter, simpler ways of working.

In this analytical and delivery-focused role, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting Change Leads with change analysis, planning, and delivery activities
Developing and maintaining change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
Working closely with Business Analysts and project teams to understand and assess change impacts
Supporting the Change Leads with engagement across the business to inform change planning and readiness
Tracking and analysing change readiness, feedback and adoption trends across initiatives
Contributing to enterprise-level change activities, insights, and reporting
Supporting enterprise change reporting by analysing, consolidating and presenting change data and insights to inform leadership decision-making.
