We’re looking for customer‑focused, motivated Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Carole Park QLD. If you love helping people, enjoy problem‑solving, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Full-time | Expected start date Monday 2nd March 2026

What you’ll do

Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
Deliver exceptional service across sales, orders, and product support
Build strong, trusting relationships with customers and internal teams
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell where it adds value
Resolve issues quickly to ensure a smooth, positive customer experience
Keep accurate records and follow established processes
Support a positive, team‑focused culture
What you’ll bring

Ability to work Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm
A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Confidence working in a busy environment and managing competing priorities
Strong attention to detail with solid problem‑solving skills
Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
Experience in a call centre or retail environment is a bonus
A willingness to learn and grow
A proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead and offer solutions
