Full-Time Customer Service Representative

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences across phone, email, live chat, and in-store enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Process orders, sales adjustments, and product enquiries
Provide basic sales support and parts advice
Assist walk-in customers in-store
Liaise with suppliers to meet customer requirements
Complete general administrative tasks as required
About You

Clear and confident communication skills
Strong attention to detail and computer literacy
Experience using Microsoft Office
Friendly, proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Initiative and willingness to learn
Reliable transport
Previous customer service or retail experience
Motorcycle or motorcycle parts knowledge (highly regarded but not essential)

Weekday hours only – no weekend work
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
