Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons as per CBSE curriculum and learning outcomes.
• Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and spoken Hindi skills.
• Use age-appropriate teaching methodologies, including stories, poems, activities, and audio-visual aids.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Assess students’ academic progress through worksheets, tests, projects, and oral assessments.
• Maintain accurate academic records, lesson plans, assessments, and report cards.
• Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support where required.
• Integrate values, culture, and moral education through Hindi literature and classroom discussions.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and areas of improvement.
• Participate in school meetings, trainings, workshops, and academic planning sessions.
• Support school events, assemblies, competitions, and co-curricular activities.
• Follow CBSE norms, school policies, child safety, and discipline guidelines.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Hindi (B.A. Hindi) or equivalent.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) – mandatory as per CBSE norms.
• CTET qualification preferred.
Experience
• 1–5 years of teaching experience as a Primary Hindi Teacher in a CBSE/recognized school preferred.
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also be considered.
