Admin/Receptionist

Full job description
We’re a small, family-run automotive upholstery business based in Wendouree, and we’re looking for a friendly, reliable Admin / Receptionist to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys dealing with people, likes variety in their day, and is keen to learn. No previous experience is required, just a positive attitude and willingness to jump in.

About the Role

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries via email and/or phone
Greeting customers and assisting at the front counter
Light data entry and basic admin tasks
Operating the EFTPOS machine and processing payments
Ordering stock and general office support
About You

Friendly, approachable and well-presented
Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
Organised with good attention to detail
Happy to jump in and help with light, hands-on tasks on the workshop floor when the office is quiet
Willing to learn and take on new tasks
Reliable and a good team player
Experience isn’t necessary, we’re happy to train the right person.
