Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for the position of University Partnership Head in the Edtech domain. The role involves establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with universities, managing business relationships, and identifying new collaboration opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include negotiating agreements, analyzing partnership performance, and refining strategies to align with Aimlay's mission of empowering professionals through quality education.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and fostering Partnerships
• Proficiency in forming and maintaining Strategic Partnerships
• Hands-on experience in universities onboarding in scaling business numbers
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring and improving partnerships
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop long-term strategies
• Relevant education or professional experience in partnership development or management
• Prior experience in the education or Edtech sector is a plus
