Job Description

About away

away is a wellness-forward coworking brand that blends intentional work, design, and community.

Our Bangalore hub — anchored by The Reset Bar — is a space where work, coffee, culture, and calm come together.

Community at away is not passive. It’s curated, hosted, measured, and felt.

Role Overview

The Community & Partnerships Associate is a hands-on, execution-first role, primarily focused on building culture and community at away Bangalore.

You’ll plan and host events, work with local brands and SaaS partners, support café-linked activations, and help create experiences that members actually show up for.

You’ll also assist the Kolkata and Vizag community teams with ideas, formats, and learnings from Bangalore.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is curious, organised, culturally plugged-in, and excited to learn how community and partnerships really work on the ground.

• Kaha Mind

• Tagda Raho
• Manage sign-ups, attendance tracking, and basic feedback.
• Ensure sessions run smoothly and consistently.

3. Member Experience & Feedback
• Help run quarterly feedback and NPS surveys.
• Set up simple pulse surveys (weekly / monthly) using tools like Forms or Tally.
• Collect informal member feedback during events and day-to-day interactions.
• Assist in compiling “You Said, We Did” summaries for internal sharing.

4. Brand Partnerships
• Help identify local brands aligned with away (F&B, lifestyle, wellness, culture).
• Support the onboarding of 3–5 brand collaborations per quarter.

5. SaaS Partnerships (Support Role)
• Assist the central team in identifying useful SaaS tools for members (productivity, wellness, founder tools, HR, etc.).
• Help with outreach.
• This is a learning-focused exposure role, not a negotiation-heavy position.

• Work with the Kolkata backend team to capture Bangalore’s community vibe.
• Support content creation including :
• Event announcements
• Event highlights
• Partner features
• Behind-the-scenes moments
