CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. We are looking for candidates based in Mumbai/Pune. You may choose to work from home in Mumbai/Pune; however, you will be required to travel to our Andheri East office twice a week for business requirements, meetings, or company/team events, or on short notice as needed.
We are looking for an experienced HR Technology enthusiast to lead our people platforms and HR projects. This hybrid role focuses on platform integration, AI-enabled HR processes, and organization-wide project delivery to support our multicultural, globally distributed workforce. You'll spearhead HR technology ecosystem optimization and implement next-generation solutions that enhance employee experience and drive operational efficiency.
Job responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive HR technology roadmaps
Lead end-to-end implementation of HR platform integrations (HRIS, ATS, performance management, LMS, SharePoint)
Drive AI automation initiatives for better HR processes and employee experience
Champion data-driven decisions through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and real-time dashboards
Manage platform vendor relationships, SLA adherence, and contract negotiations
Optimize SharePoint and intranet platforms for remote-first collaboration
Partner with leadership to align investments with business strategy
Research emerging HR technologies including AI-powered recruitment, predictive analytics, and employee experience platforms
Lead organizational change management for technology implementations across a diverse, multicultural workforce
Measure and report ROI of HR technology with regular leader briefings
Qualifications and prerequisites:
Degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
6+ years’ program management in digital transformation/HR tech integrations within multinational setups.
Proven expertise in HRIS, ATS, performance management tools, and API integrations.
Advanced analytics skills (Power BI or similar) with ability to present ROI.
Demonstrated leadership in AI/automation initiatives (chatbots, predictive analytics).
Exposure to multinational program management (APAC, EMEA, South Asia).
Remote workforce technology and digital collaboration experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to simplify complex concepts.
