Enterprise Architecture & Strategy:
• Define and execute the enterprise IT transformation strategy, aligning with business goals.
• Develop and maintain a future-ready enterprise architecture, integrating AI, automation, and modern cloud-based technologies.
• Establish a business capability model for Finance, Sales, Talent, Resourcing, Delivery, and other enterprise functions.
• Ensure the interoperability of business applications and services across multiple domains and platforms.

AI & Digital Transformation:
• Drive AI-led automation in enterprise processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Evaluate and implement AI/ML models for predictive analytics, process optimization, and intelligent automation.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to embed intelligence into business workflows.
• Define AI governance and responsible AI frameworks for enterprise applications. Technology Architecture & Governance: Design and oversee cloud-first, API-driven, microservices-based architecture for internal IT systems.
• Ensure data strategy, security, and governance compliance across enterprise applications.
• Establish enterprise integration patterns, enabling seamless data flow across systems.
• Work with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy applications and drive cloud adoption.Business

Process Transformation & Change Management:
• Partner with business stakeholders to reimagine enterprise processes with digital technologies.
• Conduct enterprise-wide capability assessments and identify process reengineering opportunities.
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new digital solutions.
• Drive agile transformation in enterprise IT and business operations.

Must Have:
• Proven experience in defining and executing enterprise digital transformation roadmaps.
• Strong business acumen with an ability to align IT strategy with business objectives.
• Deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
• Experience in large-scale ERP and enterprise IT transformations.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, and security frameworks.
• Experience in API-driven architectures, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to engage with CXOs, business heads, and IT leaders.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to drive enterprise-wide change.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, complex environments with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on business outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills to mentor teams and drive collaboration across business units.

Good to have:
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in business processes.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management in IT.4.Experience in mentoring and building high-performance teams.
