Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced chef to lead the kitchen at Red Star Burgers. This is a hands-on leadership role, running service from the grill, owning day-to-day kitchen operations, and playing a key part in the growth of the business. We’re not after a stop gap we want someone in it for the long term.

Red Star changed ownership in 2024 and we’re heading in a fresh, positive direction. It’s an exciting time to come on board. At our core, we’re looking for a chef who leads from the front, takes pride in the food they put out, and wants real growth in responsibility, salary, and impact with owners who genuinely care.
