Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for an Online Sales Specialist. The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting products and services, executing sales strategies, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also involves online marketing activities aimed at driving sales and increasing brand visibility. Additionally, the Online Sales Specialist will collaborate with teams to enhance sales techniques and undergo relevant training to align with the company's goals.

Qualifications
• Proficient in Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure a positive experience for customers and effectively address their inquiries.
• Experience and proficiency in Sales and Online Marketing to strategize and execute campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
• Ability to participate in and leverage Training opportunities to enhance sales skills and align with company values and practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are highly desirable.
• Previous experience in sales, e-commerce, or a related field is a plus.
