Job Description
Job Purpose
Drive commercial performance by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to deliver actionable insights that optimize revenue and support strategic decision-making. Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and recommend improvements across commercial functions.
Key Accountabilities
• Data & Research: Collect and analyze internal/external data (routes, regions, industry reports, market studies).
• Revenue Analysis: Track passenger, ancillary, and cargo revenue; conduct variance analysis to identify drivers.
• Sales Evaluation: Assess market, route, and channel sales; measure impact of pricing, promotions, and campaigns.
• Route Performance: Monitor load factors, yield, RASK, and competitive dynamics; recommend route strategy changes.
• Reporting: Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored for stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Network Planning to align performance with targets.
• Projects & Reviews: Support team initiatives, participate in reviews, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Tools & Documentation: Maintain analytical tools, databases, and transparent documentation of methodologies.
• Communication: Deliver clear, user-friendly reports; incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine outputs.

Education & Experience
• Education: Masters/MBA/PGDM/PGP/CA (preferably in Operations)
• Experience:
• Minimum: 4–6 years in aviation, with 2+ years in performance management
• Desired: 6+ years in aviation industry
