Level - EE

Educational Qualification - Graduation must

Experience - 2 to 3 years max

Shift - Day/Mid Shift (12 pm to 9 pm/ 2pm to 11pm)

MS Office proficiency - Excel, Word

Compensation - 4.5 max

Communication skills - Good verbal and written communication

The incumbent will be part of HR Operations team who will be required to work and coordinate with global stakeholders.

HR role -

Will be required to work and coordinate with global employees/stakeholders (active inactive) via email, calls, chat for queries/requests within the scope of HR.

Tracking request via ticketing tool

Update the required tools/portals with employee information as and when required

Adhering to the internal TAT and maintaining the required SLA without compromising on the quality of response.

Creating and publishing the required reports

New Hire ID creation role -

Tracking and validating all ID creation requests received from the TA team

Creation of employee ID's on the HR Enterprise portal

Creating and publishing reports
