Team Leader and Head Cashier

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader and Head Cashier located in Delhi, India. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of cashiering, managing and guiding the cashiering team, ensuring efficient cash handling, maintaining records, and monitoring transaction accuracy. The selected candidate will also focus on customer satisfaction, resolving any billing-related concerns promptly and professionally. Additionally, the role includes training the cashiering team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving operational efficiency on the store floor.

Qualifications
• Strong cash handling and transaction accuracy skills to maintain efficient cashier operations
• Leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities to guide and supervise the cashiering team
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of retail sales processes and inventory management practices
• Proficient in handling Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and relevant retail tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles, particularly in fashion retail, is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
