CRM Assistant

Ant International / Alipay is looking for a CRM Assistant contractor based in Bay Area and/or Great NY Area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visit assigned retail stores in key business areas in Bay Area and/or Great NY Area on a regular basis to monitor in-store execution and retailer engagement;

2. Collect, update, and maintain accurate CRM data on signage placement and payment acceptance status of retailers during and after each visit;

3. Communicate with retailers to ensure proper display and usage of signage in line with brand guidelines;

4. Engage with retailers to communicate marketing campaigns, ensuring proper placement and visibility of promotional materials in stores;

5. Identify execution gaps, retailer feedback, and improvement opportunities, and report insights to the team;

6. Coordinate with internal business management team to improve in-store visibility and campaign execution effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Fluency in both Mandarin and English;
Down-to-earth attitude with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration;
Responsibility to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain high accuracy in data entry and reporting;
Experiences of retailer engagement and communication highly preferred.
