Academic Counsellor – International EdTech Process

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to generate and qualify leads for international coding education programs, coordinate demo sessions, and ensure high-quality prospects for conversion.

Key Responsibilities

1) Generate and qualify leads for international EdTech programs (Coding / STEM)

2) Contact parents/guardians via calls & WhatsApp reminder.

3) Explain course offerings clearly and professionally using approved scripts

4) Schedule demo sessions through the company’s CRM/backend system

5) Ensure demo attendance and proper follow-up with leads

6) Maintain accurate lead data and update status in CRM regularly

7) Coordinate with internal teams to improve demo completion rates

8) Ensure compliance with data privacy and quality standards

Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, demos, and lead quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

⁠ ⁠Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)

⁠ ⁠1 year experience in Lead Generation / Inside Sales / BPO / EdTech

⁠ ⁠Freshers also most welcome

⁠ ⁠Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

⁠ ⁠Comfortable with international calling and different time zones

⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is an advantage

⁠ ⁠Strong persuasion, listening, and relationship-building skills

⁠ ⁠Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in EdTech UK process

⁠ ⁠Familiarity with demo-based or appointment-based sales

⁠ ⁠Target-driven mindset with quality focus

⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
