Job Description
The Human Resources Executive will manage end-to-end human resource functions for an innovative IT and Drone Technology organization. This role supports technical and non-technical hiring, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement in a fast-paced, R&D-driven environment.
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, software, AI, robotics, UAV/drone engineers, and support roles
Coordinate with technical leaders for workforce planning and hiring needs
Manage onboarding, induction, and probation confirmation
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
Ensure smooth joining, transfer, and exit processes
Employee Relations & Performance Management
Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Support performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes
Policy, Compliance & Governance
Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company standards
Support audits and internal HR reviews
Learning, Development & Engagement
Coordinate technical, safety, and soft-skills training programs
Drive employee engagement, wellness, and culture initiatives
Support leadership in talent development and succession planning
Qualification & Skill
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2–6 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in IT, engineering, or technology startups
Experience handling both HR operations and talent acquisition
Strong understanding of IT and engineering hiring processes
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
Ability to work in a dynamic, innovation-focused environment
Experience in IT services, product companies, R&D, or drone/UAV industries
Exposure to startup or scale-up environments
Basic understanding of technical roles and skill sets
