Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Instructor to lead and deliver high-quality training programs in offensive and defensive security domains. The ideal candidate will design curriculum, conduct live sessions and labs, assess learners, and mentor participants toward industry certification readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules in cybersecurity fundamentals, ethical hacking, penetration testing, network defense, and incident response.
Lead interactive classroom and virtual instructional sessions with hands-on practical labs.
Mentor and evaluate students’ performance, provide feedback, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with the training team to update and enhance course content.
Support placement preparation and real-world scenario training.
Maintain training documentation and participant progress records.
Mandatory Qualifications:

Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) – mandatory.
Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) – mandatory.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cybersecurity training, ethical hacking, penetration testing, or a related field.
Strong command of offensive security tools and techniques (e.g., Kali Linux, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap).
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to teach technical concepts clearly.
Proven experience designing training curriculum and hands-on lab exercises.
Preferred Skills:

Additional security certifications (OSCE, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, etc.).
Experience with virtual lab platforms and remote training delivery.
Industry experience responding to real incidents or leading red team exercises.
