Shape U Clinic is seeking a passionate and results-driven Healthcare Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in fostering strong connections with medical professionals, promoting our clinic's services, and driving referral growth. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in healthcare.

Location: Mulund, Malad, Andheri, Parel

1- Strategic Outreach:

Initiate and conduct regular meetings with medical professionals in the nearby areas to introduce and educate them about the comprehensive range of treatments offered at Shape U Clinic.
2- Educational Engagement:

Clearly articulate the benefits and features of our clinic's treatments, addressing inquiries, and ensuring that healthcare professionals have a thorough understanding of our services.
3- Referral Generation:

Proactively work towards generating referrals by presenting the unique value proposition of Shape U Clinic.
Develop and implement strategies to encourage medical professionals to recommend our clinic to their patients.
4- Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain ongoing communication with healthcare professionals, building strong and positive relationships.
Regularly follow up to address concerns, gather feedback, and strengthen partnerships.
5- Performance Monitoring:

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of referral programs, adjusting strategies to meet and exceed referral targets.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless communication and alignment with the clinic's goals.
6- Database Expansion:

Systematically build and update a comprehensive database of healthcare professionals, expanding our network through continuous relationship-building activities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
