Yellowhead Christian School (YCS) is seeking a Fulltime Middle School Teacher to start on January 5th until the teacher returns with the possibility of continuing to the end of the school year under a different assignment. This position includes Core Subjects and Bible as well as some Distance Education option courses. YCS is committed to cultivating the faith of students so that they will be able to live in the fullness of life before God according to His will for them. We are in Edson, AB, 200 km West of Edmonton and an hour from the beautiful Rocky Mountains. We are surrounded by vast forests with many lakes and rivers offering recreational opportunities.

Design effective strategies to meet the children's diverse learning needs.
Effective communication skills.
Qualifications:
Have a Bachelor of Education degree.
Hold (or be eligible for) a valid Alberta teaching certificate.
Have a passion for Christian Education
Bible College education or successful experience in youth work is valuable.
Applicants must be Canadian citizens or be currently eligible to work and teach in Canada.
