Inside Sales Executive/ Order Processing

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and process-driven Inside Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for finding stock solutions or quoting custom parts for new inquiries, lead follow-up and processing confirmed orders into internal work orders . The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in a role which involved close attention to details and numbers is required. The ideal candidate will also be closely aligned with our family business values of honesty and loyalty and a willingness to go the extra mile.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Respond to inquiries, complete quotes and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Review datasheets, drawings or technical specs and identify key data points which need to be transferred into the quoting software.
Convert successful quotations into work orders.
Provide support and product knowledge to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Experience

Preferred to have experience in a technical sales environment.
Demonstrated success in a previous role requiring accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $45,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
