Job Description

York Region Standard Condominium 1415 is looking for a motivated accounting clerk/bookkeeper to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
Maintain an up-to-date record of transactions
Process contractor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents
Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports related to accounts payable
Coordinate and process payroll
File GST/HST
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
