Apprentice Baker

Bakers Delight is seeking Apprentice Bakers to join Bakers Delight Murwillumbah.

A number of opportunities exist for apprentices who are yet to commence their training, as well as opportunities for those who are currently undertaking a baking apprenticeship.

In your baking apprenticeship, you will work toward:

· Baking and presenting quality products which meet our changing customer needs

· Supporting the Qualified Baker, Production Manager and Bakery manager in all areas of the production space

· Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS standards

· Actively participating in your Apprenticeship with all required training completed within appropriate time frames

· Assisting retail Sales Assistants as required

To be successful you will possess the following skills/attributes:

· Passion for baking

· Willingness to enter into an apprenticeship, or demonstrate successful completion of prior learning modules, if already undertaking an apprenticeship

· Keen learning ability

· Ability to complete training modules to a satisfactory standard

· Excellent communication, time management and prioritising skills

· Ability to work in a fast paced and adaptable environment

· Desire to become a trade qualified baker!

This role does involve some night shift so reliable transport is a must.
