Position: Automotive Salvage Yard Tech

Position Overview:
We are looking for candidate(s) with experience in the automotive industry to provide efficient work to vehicles, removing cores.

Main Tasks:
• Dismantle core parts for salvage yard - batteries, water pumps, alternators, brake master cylinders, and air conditioning compressors, and other parts
• Organize and position each vehicle according to assignment instructions.
• Accurately document and update records for every vehicle processed, ensuring timely completion.
• Complete all required forms and documentation.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Key Qualities and Skills:
• Able to work alone efficiently and maintain focus.
• Familiarity with cars or automotive maintenance is an asset, personal automotive experience/self-maintenance will be considered for the position
• Ability to work in the elements/cold environment for long periods of time.
• Reliable, friendly, and consistently present.
• Pays close attention to details and maintains a strong work ethic.
• Experience operating a forklift is advantageous.
