Job Title: HR Intern

Location: CoreSwipe Technologies, Nirman Vihar, New Delhi (Internship is completely on-site)

Duration: 6 Months Internship

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Mode: Full-time | Completely Onsite

This role is entirely on-site; remote work is not an option. Working hours will be from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with alternate Saturdays off.

Roles and Responsibilities:

You will get to kickstart your HR career with real-time experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. At CoreSwipe Technologies, you’ll work closely with the HR team, learn everyday about corporate HR functions, and build a strong foundation for your future in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate interviews
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
Maintain HR databases and employee records
Support onboarding and documentation
Help organize employee engagement activities
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Senior
Apply only if you are:

Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be available full-time onsite for 6 months at our Nirman Vihar office
