As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you’ll support teachers with lesson delivery, help manage the classroom, and provide additional support to students, especially those who need extra help. Your ability to adapt to different school settings and work with diverse groups of children will be key.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the delivery of lessons and support classroom management.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, both in class and outside.
• Help create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Assist in preparing classroom materials and resources.
• Work with students requiring additional support, ensuring their individual needs are met.

Requirements:
• Some form of experience in a related field is essential. This could include previous work as a teaching assistant, support worker, or in care roles.
• Transferable skills such as patience, communication, and teamwork will be valued.
• If you have personal experience working with children or in care/support roles, this could also be relevant.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one).
• Eligibility to work in the UK (or relevant work visa).
