Overview:
Position: Rehab Aide

Location: O'Fallon, IL

Type of Employment: Full-Time

Schedule:M-F 8:00A- 4:30P
Compensation: $18-$20.68/ Hour based on years of experience

Responsibilities:
Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Current State Driver’s License in good standing required
Acquisition of a Class E license allowing for the operation of a bus is required within three months of employment

Preferred Qualifications

CPR certification
First aid certification
Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
