The Role: Database Management Specialist

What You’ll Do:

This role focuses on researching, analyzing, and maintaining high-quality data to support market expansion and business initiatives. On a day-to-day basis, you will work extensively with datasets to identify key client segments, generate actionable leads, and prepare clean, validated data for CRM imports. Responsibilities include auditing records for accuracy and compliance, resolving errors and duplicates, standardizing data, and ensuring ongoing data integrity across systems.

You will manage multiple data-driven projects simultaneously, using research and prospecting tools to adapt to evolving requirements. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently clean, validate, and format large datasets while meeting deadlines and supporting cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years’ experience managing & standardizing data.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality.
Ability to work remotely and independently with a reliable internet connection.
Proven ability to think independently and solve problems effectively.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, functions, formulas, and macros.
Professionalism and strong work ethic.
We like to have fun, so a sense of humor is a plus.
Process-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to learn new concepts quickly and retain information effectively.
Proficiency working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Creative, collaborative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and work effectively across teams and departments.
