Order Fulfillment & Production Coordinator

The Ceremony Club is a sister-run wedding brand creating meaningful keepsakes for couples around the world. We design and produce thoughtfully made wedding products, including personalized albums and journals, and we’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented team member to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing and shipping customer orders with care and accuracy
Managing warehouse organization, inventory, and supplies
Overseeing order flow to ensure timely fulfillment
Creating and assembling personalized albums with precision and attention to detail
Performing quality checks to ensure every order meets The Ceremony Club’s standards
Who You Are:

Highly organized and dependable
Detail-oriented, especially when working with personalized products
Comfortable working independently in a warehouse/studio environment
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience in order fulfillment, warehouse management, or product assembly is a plus
