Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting vehicles and materials safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service. The Driver will operate various types of vehicles, including trucks and vans, while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.

Growth, Hours & Pay Structure
Hours and pay depend on skill level, reliability, and overall contribution. This position can expand beyond driving for candidates who show strong initiative and step in where needed. Ideal candidates can support additional shop needs such as inspection and QC checks, general organizing, parts and supply runs, shipping/receiving, and basic logistics routing for the driving schedule. There are always productive tasks available for someone who is proactive and looks for ways to help without constant direction.

Candidates who prefer a strictly defined driving-only role may work a narrower scope focused only on transport duties. That track is offered at the lower end of the pay range and may include fewer hours. Initiative and self-direction directly affect scheduling and advancement.

Duties

Safely operate delivery vehicles, including trucks and vans, to and from designated locations
Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles, documenting and taking pictures using our scheduling app
Plan efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel usage
Communicate effectively with managers and dealership staff regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise
Assist with shop support tasks as needed, including organizing, basic QC/inspection support, shipping tasks, and parts runs
Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including moving items and organizing inventory
Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Experience as a courier or delivery driver is highly desirable
Familiarity with route driving and navigating local areas efficiently
Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is a plus
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills and customer service orientation
Self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant supervision
Must be ok with random drug-testing

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
