Comfort Land Heating Cooling and Plumbing has proudly served the DFW metroplex since
2023. We’re a respected leader in HVAC built on integrity, teamwork, and the thrill of a five star
experience for both our team and clients. As we continue to grow, we’re excited to welcome a
collaborative and curious Marketing Coordinator to our team.
About the Role
The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and
help maintain brand consistency across multiple channels. You’ll partner closely with our
leadership, call center, and field teams — and your work will directly contribute to connecting
our services with the community.
This is a great role for someone who is eager to develop their skills, enjoys creativity and
organization, and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
Assist in planning, coordinating, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital, print, OTT,
and social channels
Support content creation and ensure timely delivery by partnering with vendors, media
contacts, and agencies
Track marketing performance, KPIs, and engagement trends using tools like ServiceTitan,
Google Analytics, and social insights
Maintain brand standards, creative assets, and internal marketing materials
Help organize company events, sponsorship activities, and community outreach
Contribute to reputation management efforts (customer reviews, social engagement, etc.)
Assist with website updates, content organization, and local SEO efforts
Help maintain the marketing calendar, budget tracking, and campaign documentation
Collaborate with leadership to align marketing activities with business goals
What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants who bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn — even if you don’t
meet every listed qualification.
Experience or education in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Familiarity with design tools (a plus)
Experience using CRM or analytics tools such as ServiceTitan, Google Analytics, or social
dashboards (a plus — not required)
Ability to coordinate or attend off-site events throughout the year
Why You’ll Love Working Here
A friendly, collaborative team environment
Leadership that values creativity, new ideas, and professional growth
Opportunities to develop skills in brand, design, analytics, digital strategy, and event marketing
Hands-on exposure to cross-department collaboration (operations, sales, call center, field
teams)
Schedule:
Full-time, 8-hour shifts
Primarily Monday–Friday
Approximately 85% office / 15% community events or off-site activities
Our Commitment to Inclusion
We believe that different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences make us stronger — and
we’re committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels welcome and encouraged to
contribute. If you're excited about this role and believe you’d be a great fit, we encourage you to
apply, even if your experience doesn't align perfectly with every requirement.
