Hotel General Manager

If you are a qualified Go-Getter, you are an out of the box thinker with a proven track record of improving guest scores, have 10 years of experience in A BIG BOX hotel managing as a General Manager… I WANT YOU!

A BS, BA, or a Masters degree is required from an accredited University.

Please DO NOT APPLY if you do not have 10 years of experience and are not qualified to run a 288 unit hotel!

OPERA EXPERIENCE IS ALSO REQUIRED.

BONUS and a Relocation package is available if necessary!

Being heavily involved
Able to collect and compile information and details
Must have very strong communication skills
Must utilize measuring tools and be highly results-oriented
Be very organized and methodical

You must not only be strong on Basic Management, but preference given to those with the following experience:

Some experience with Sales and Marketing
Front Desk Operations
Housekeeping
Maintenance
Food and Beverage
All training Systems have been built for Management. You just must review and understand the system of operating this Hotel, learn the procedures in a couple of weeks or longer, then execute the systems, which are basic to full-service hotels. Later you will have the right to make changes, to make improvements for more efficiency and better productivity. You must be a strong leader and not be afraid to make decisions.

You must be able to develop great teams, exhibit strong leadership skills, and work together as a whole unit. Upper Management will give you full support for what you need to fulfill expectations and is financially equipped to provide that support.
