Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Assistant Manager/Social Media Director to lead our digital engagement efforts and elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms. This role combines strategic oversight with creative execution, requiring a proactive leader who can develop compelling content, analyze digital performance metrics, and foster meaningful relationships with our online community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social media marketing, content production, photography, graphic design, blog writing, digital analytics, driving brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative campaigns and targeted advertising. Role also includes providing Event Manager with assistance in various areas, incline but not limited to, communicating with vendors, event day set up, event support.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives to increase visibility and audience engagement across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Oversee daily social media management, including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and community interaction using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and photography using applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator to enhance campaign impact.
Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search visibility and web traffic growth.
Monitor social listening tools to gather insights on brand perception, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage findings to refine marketing strategies.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
Analyze web analytics to measure campaign performance; prepare reports that inform ongoing strategy adjustments.
Coordinate with Event Manage and Business Owner to ensure consistent branding messages across all channels; handle relationship management with influencers, partners, and media outlets.
Proofread all content for accuracy, tone consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
Lead efforts in branding initiatives that reinforce brand identity across digital platforms while supporting e-commerce activities where applicable.
Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices; recommend innovative approaches for continuous improvement.
Provide to support to Event Manager with a variety of event or venue related tasks.
Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a focus on content creation and strategy development.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
Strong understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, social listening tools, and web analytics platforms.
Experience with social media management applications such as Hootsuite or Buffer is essential.
Knowledge of Facebook Advertising campaigns along with experience in digital marketing tactics including branding and e-commerce support.
Excellent graphic design skills complemented by photography capabilities for engaging visual content.
Ability to craft compelling copy while maintaining proofreading standards for accuracy.
Strong relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
