Compensation: Starting $90,000 annually plus bonus opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our high-volume, high-end restaurant at Big Time Restaurant Group. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in restaurant management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of business operations. Key Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable service.
Design and execute strategies to support growth and sustainability.
Manage budgets, optimize expenses, and monitor key financial metrics.
Lead, coach, and develop staff to perform at the highest standards.
Direct the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Evaluate and improve operational systems and overall performance.
Conduct employee assessments and performance reviews.
Prepare and present regular business reports to ownership or upper management.
Enforce health and safety compliance across the team.
Proactively address challenges such as declining profits, staffing issues, or competitive pressures.
Requirements & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, high-end restaurant.
Strong background in budgeting, planning, and operations management.
Knowledge of core business functions.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Effective communicator with exceptional organizational skills.
