Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies and share best practices.
Provide early intervention support for students who may be struggling with mathematical concepts.
Mentor students, fostering their academic growth and encouraging a love for mathematics.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress with parents or guardians as necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
Experience working with students in a classroom setting, preferably in a private school environment.
Strong skills in literacy education and lesson planning, demonstrating the ability to integrate literacy into mathematics instruction.
Proficiency in using learning technology tools to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Experience in behavior management techniques that promote positive classroom dynamics.
Excellent written communication skills for lesson documentation, reporting, and parent communication.
