Position: Food Truck Team Member (Birria Tacos & Mexican Street Food)
Location: Brisbane, QLD (Mobile Food Truck)
Employment Type: Casual / Part-Time / Full-Time (flexible depending on candidate)

Key Responsibilities

Depending on role and skills, duties may include:

Kitchen & Food Prep

Cook birria, tacos, and other menu items to a high standard.
Follow food safety and hygiene practices (temperature checks, storage, cleaning).
Assist with prep work (salsas, garnishes, tortillas, etc.).
Customer Service

Take orders with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
Handle payments (cash & EFTPOS).
Provide quick, efficient service even during busy periods.
General Operations

Set up and pack down the food truck for events and service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck.
Work as part of a small, tight-knit team to deliver great customer experiences.
Skills & Experience

Previous hospitality or food truck experience is a bonus (but not required we can train the right person).
Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
Manual driver’s license an advantage (for truck movement, not essential).
