As our Assistant Store Leader, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - 8 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, ideally in retail or a similar environment. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle the fast-paced nature of our store. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire a team. - A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service. - The ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, night-life-oriented setting.
