We are seeking a Creative Director to lead our creative team at 's Corporation in Canada. This pivotal role involves shaping the visual identity and product design strategy that aligns with our company's mission to deliver unique and beautiful musical accessories. Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative strategies that enhance brand identity and product appeal.
Lead the design team in creating innovative strap designs and accessory concepts.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.
Oversee the development of new product lines from concept to production.
Maintain awareness of industry trends to keep our offerings fresh and competitive.
Manage creative budgets and timelines effectively.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior creative role within the music accessories or related industry.
Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Deep understanding of current design trends and materials used in musical accessories.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to translate brand vision into compelling visual concepts.
Knowledge of copyright licensing related to licensed designs is a plus.
