Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually (plus uncapped commission)

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and hiring managers.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, social media, cold calls, client visits, and referrals.
• Develop account strategies to win and grow business from new and existing accounts.
• Collaborate with solutions team to analyze client needs and recommend staffing solutions.
• Manage full job and candidate lifecycle including qualification calls, candidate evaluations, interviews, and offers.
• Support and mentor recruiters, recommend Boolean search strategies, and ensure successful placements.
• Coordinate closely with onshore recruiting teams to drive business development efforts.

Qualifications
• 3-6+ years of IT business development experience with proven results in staffing.
• Ability to understand complex technologies and solve customer pain points.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in analyzing technical job descriptions and matching candidates effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
