Job Description

Our client, a respected and fast-growing Personal Injury law firm in Los Angeles, is seeking a highly committed and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional results for injured clients.

About Us:

The attorney will take ownership of a full litigation caseload, handling cases from filing through trial or settlement. The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and proactive — someone who treats each case with urgency and professionalism.

You must have personal injury experience and a strong litigation background. The firm values attorneys who show initiative, maintain high standards, and approach their work with seriousness and integrity.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Manage a litigation caseload from filing through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, including MSJs, demurrers, and discovery motions
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Communicate regularly and professionally with clients
• Work collaboratively with support staff to move cases forward efficiently
• Maintain accuracy, organization, and timely follow-through on all matters
• Licensed Attorney in California
• 4–15+ years of Personal Injury Litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of PI case strategy, pleadings, motions, and trial prep
• Excellent writing, communication, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain a high level of professionalism
• A serious, reliable, and dedicated work ethic
• Commitment to advocating for injured clients with compassion and intensity
