Role Description/CriteriaSacred Heart Primary School is a small Catholic school community in the heart of vibrant Preston. We honour our faith’s rich traditions and participate in its rituals. Teaching and learning within a Catholic Parish faith community, guiding students in their faith and Sacramental journey.
Planning and delivering engaging programs that meet the needs of all students.
Incorporating the MACS Vision for Instruction and Vision for Engagement into daily teaching practice.
Using evidence-based Literacy practices, such as InitiaLit (Foundation to Year 2).
Explicitly teaching Maths, extending students at their point of need.
Delivering Inquiry learning that fosters curiosity, reflection, and a love of learning.
Collaborating with colleagues across all school levels.

Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school (highly desirable)
