The Role

Our Sydney office, with over 200 staff and 25 Partners, is seeking a People and Culture Coordinator to join our People & Culture team based in Barangaroo.

The People & Culture Coordinator role plays a key part in the delivery of operational tasks and administration across the full employee lifecycle. You will act as the primary point of contact for P&C enquiries, interpreting policies, managing administration in our HRIS and support in engagement & culture events across the Firm.

Reporting to the P&C Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

Manage the day-to-day administration activities related to the end-to-end employee
Be the first point of contact for all people related enquiries supporting our people in understanding policies and people processes
Coordinate Learning & Development activities
Support Wellbeing, Culture & Engagement programs
Support all WHS activities and requirements like First Aid training, maintaining our First Aid equipment and stocks and other WHS activities and initiatives.
HR Systems & Reporting
Support recruitment activities as required, including our graduate campaigns.

About You

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring

Degree qualified in Human Resources, Psychology or another relevant field.
One year’s experience in a people operations (administration) role, working with an HRIS.
Experience in a professional services environment desirable.
Understanding and knowledge of the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and other relevant Australian employment instruments.
Understanding of HR processes and the employee life cycle.
Strong communication and written skills
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Excellent time management and team collaboration abilities
