Integral Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Thornton clinic. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values team collaboration, and contributes positively to our team culture.

What you’ll do:

Answer phones, greet patients, and manage therapist schedules.
Schedule appointments and process online referrals.
Verify insurance benefits, obtain prior authorizations, and communicate details to patients before their first visit.
Track and manage insurance authorizations to ensure compliance and timely scheduling.
Request referrals, imaging, and medical records from physician offices as needed.
Organize and maintain accurate medical records.
Troubleshoot and resolve new patient intake issues.
Help keep the office clean, organized, and welcoming.
What we’re looking for:

Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently and as a team in a busy environment.
Solid computer skills and comfort learning new systems.
Familiarity with medical and insurance terminology (a plus).
Reliability, accountability, and a genuine interest in being part of a team long term.
Preferred qualifications:

Previous administrative assistant or front desk experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.25 - $21.00 per hour
