Our shop is family-owned and operated, and we treat our customers — and our employees — like family. We’re looking for a skilled Auto Technician to join our growing team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.
Duties
Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
Conduct repairs on powertrain components, transmissions, diesel engines, and other mechanical systems.
Execute vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, and suspension work.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service tools to complete repairs efficiently.
Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical problems.
Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and quality control procedures.
Maintain detailed documentation of repairs performed for each vehicle.
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and offering professional recommendations.
Utilize our shop managements system to complete Digital Vehicle Inspections
Requirements
Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, transmissions, diesel engine repair a plus.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools.
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures .
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work with a professional team committed to quality service and vehicle safety standards while utilizing the latest automotive technologies.
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
