Distribution Assistant

Join Bioclinic Naturals as a Distribution Assistant supporting the day-to-day operations of our Eastern fulfillment warehouse in Milton. This role offers the chance to be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and warehouse efficiency.

Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)

Monday to Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm

In This Role You Will
• Process sales orders including picking, packing, and organizing orders for designated courier pick up times
• Develop and maintain all BCN Warehouse Work Procedures for the Milton location
• Monitor stock levels, run system reports, and maintain sufficient supply of shipping and office supplies
• Keep management informed of significant issues and attend regular status meetings
• Follow all work procedures, SOPs, cGMP standards, and safety policies

You Have
• Previous experience in a Warehouse or Administrative Assistant role with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, with comfort learning new software applications
• Physical ability to lift 20-50 lbs and perform all warehouse duties
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and show initiative
• Professional demeanor, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to excel in a dynamic environment
