Med-Surg Nurse (RN)

Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients in a structured and professional environment, applying established standards and the nursing process to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role involves supervising and directing nursing staff across various levels, coordinating care collaboratively with other healthcare disciplines, and exercising critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment to navigate complex situations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients according to established protocols and standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate activities of nursing staff at multiple levels.
