Bathroom Fitter, Multitrader- High Quality Residential

We are seeking a skilled Bathroom Fitter to join our hardworking team on high spec residential projects in N5 Highbury, N6 Highgate, SW12 Balham and SE13 Lewisham

You must take pride in producing quality workmanship, have great attention to detail and be experienced working on Architecturally designed residential projects.

You will need sound experience and knowledge in 2-3 of the following areas:

Bathroom fitting - meticulous setting out and planning
Carpentry, 1st fix walls and floors, boxing and casements, linings and prepare substrates
1st fix Plumbing, Recessed shower mixers, Wall boxes, Controls
1st Fix plumbing General pipe fitting for hot and cold supplies, Heating, SVPs
Tile backer board and waterproofing systems, Wetrooms, Flush drainage
Tiling- all formats, types and sizes. Natural stone, cement, porcelain. Precise metal Tile Trim and Mitred edges
2nd Fix plumbing, Basins, WC's Baths, Shower screens, Headsets, Honed metal finishes,
Must have own tools, PPE and CIS registration.

Strong rates of pay to reflect skills and experience.

Responsibilities include some of

Execute 1st and 2nd fix carpentry tasks,
Utilize hand and power tools for precise joinery and assembly work.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while adhering to safety standards.
Handle heavy lifting and assist in general site work as required, ensuring quality craftsmanship throughout.
Read and interpret technical drawings
