Job Description

We're looking for a Senior HR Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves variety. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for managers, driving best practice and supporting key initiatives that shape our culture and employee experience.

Copyford Ltd is the parent company for the following: Spa Nursing Home Group Ltd, Moveford NI and ROI Ltd trading as KFC, Somerton Homes, Town and Country Care Homes Ltd.

A full UK driving licence is required as the role involves travel throughout the NI and Ireland.

Location: 18 Orby Link, Belfast - Hybrid

Hours Per Week: Monday – Friday 9am-4pm

Job Type: Permanent / Full Time

About The Role

The Senior HR Advisor will:

Partner with the HR leadership team to deliver HR objectives and support business priorities.
Provide expert advice, guidance, and coaching to managers on HR matters including disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, and redundancy, ensuring compliance and best practice
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
Deliver induction, People Management Training and HR clinics for employees across all roles and regions, promoting company values, vision, and expectations
Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of HR policies, processes, and systems, sharing knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
Prepare and analyse HR metrics and performance data, including recruitment, turnover, training, absence, and employee surveys, to inform decision-making.
Produce and maintain weekly HR reports for management.
Support HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance management, absence management, reward and recognition, organisational change
Undertake additional HR-related activities as required to support the business.
Deputise for the HR Manager in their absence.

About You

Essential

Demonstrate significant experience in a similar HR advisory role within the last 3 years.
Degree-level qualification in HRM or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
Knowledge of ROI employment legislation.
Proven ability to advise and influence managers on complex HR issues.
Experience of supporting organisational change and promoting positive behaviours.
Skilled in managing HR processes and delivering to deadlines.
Ability to analyse and report on HR data and KPIs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Strong coaching and mentoring capability.
Proficient IT skills.
Desirable

CIPD qualified level 5.
Practical experience with TUPE processes and legislation.
Knowledge of regulatory bodies such as RQIA, NISCC and NMC
