Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Sandwich Maker to join our team at Cuffs Bar and Grill. Based in the heart of our historic site in GB, this role is vital in delivering delicious food experiences that enhance our visitors' journey through history. Your contribution will help us create memorable moments for guests exploring our fascinating heritage.
Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to established recipes and quality standards.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed.
Serve food to visitors with professionalism and friendliness.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food preparation area.
Manage stock levels and assist in inventory control.
Support the wider team during busy periods, including assisting with other kitchen duties.
Promote upselling opportunities to enhance visitor satisfaction and sales.
Contribute to creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation or working in a restaurant environment.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
Kitchen or culinary experience is preferred.
Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Enthusiasm for working within a heritage setting is a plus.
